Just like all other substitutes we are skeptics. I’ll be honest I thought I’d be able to just spoon it in and mix. This product doesn’t mix the easiest but what subs do?! My vita mix is counter top handy right beside my coffee machine. I mix it in there for three second (longer if you want frothy). I actually prefer this cup over coffee shop coffee. I know it’s better and it has curbed my carbs and it has curbed my sugar intake greatly! And I mean GREATLY! I highly recommend this product even if you are not strictly Keto. I will have this in my next cart. Note: caramel macchiato
