I've tried close to two dozen different pre workouts, and this pump addict blows everything out of the water. Gives me a slight tingle (as the beta alanine should) and tastes great. As soon as I start to lift, the focus blend starts to work it's magic. I get into a zone and become determined to push myself further and test my endurance. Nasty pumps, doesn't make you itchy and shaky plus you feel great the rest of the day. 10/10 would recommend. Only drawback is the price, but personally it's worth every penny
